It's been raining for the past few days. What a relief from Singapore's hot weather. So many tests coming up...and I am still so unsure about many topics for so many subjects. Almost half a year half passed. Looking back, it seems that everything have passed by in a flash, and so many things have happened. I guess that JC life is like that...next year will be another major exam, A levels, and half a year is gone already...
The classroom can be a political battleground. In a single class of 25 people, I can already sense a political struggle going on. It's not nice being caught in the middle of all this...However, the class is also where I will spend the next two years, so we must learn to live with it. Actually it's a nice class, it's just that no one wants to open up to each other...
Trust...it's very important. Friendship, relationships, partnerships, business...they all depend on trust. Without trust everything will just fall apart. That's why...trust is important.
Read the newspapers recently, and an article caught my eye. It was about how the recent spate of tragedies remind us of the value of what we have. We are so fortunate to be alive, to be able to see the light of another day, to breathe the fresh morning air and to experience all the emotions we have. Life is unpredictable, we never know what will happen tomorrow. So many things can happen...but we must always thank the Lord for the wonderful day he has given us. Always look to the future and be glad that we have one ahead of us.
A quote which I think is quite meaningful: "Death is terrible, insane, wretched. Life is beautiful, fragile, bright. We lie in between, struggling with fleeting happiness or presing grief. Even in the heart of darkness, we must remember the light."

「 Nothing's gonna change. 12:12 AM 」
If We Hold On Together
Don’t lose your way With each passing day You’ve come so far Don’t throw it away Live believing Dreams are for weaving Wonders are waiting to start Live your story Faith, hope & glory Hold to the truth in your heart
If we hold on together I know our dreams will never die Dreams see us through to forever Where clouds roll by For you and I
Souls in the wind Must learn how to bend Seek out a star Hold on to the end Valley, mountain There is a fountain Washes our tears all away Words are swaying Somebody is praying Please let us come home to stay
If we hold on together I know our dreams will never die Dreams see us through to forever Where clouds roll by For you and I
When we are out there in the dark We’ll dream about the sun In the dark we’ll feel the light Warm our hearts, everyone
If we hold on together I know our dreams will never die Dreams see us through to forever As high as souls can fly The clouds roll by For you and I

「 Nothing's gonna change. 10:12 AM 」
Time to update this sleepy blog!
After so many proposals, and a week of preparation, Family Day is finally over. It was tiring but fun for all of us. For me, it was an enriching experience as it gave me an opportunity to take part in organising a mass event. Tongue-Tied was the best! I didn't know reciting tongue twisters could be so fun. The Haunted House was cool too...it was a totally new and interesting experience for me. Glad to see so many familiar faces at Family Day. Thank you all for coming! It's so nice to see all of you again. Really glad that you could come too! :)
Afterwards, went to Junction 8 for lunch. Met up with Rachel there too...sorry for making you wait so long for us. Haha you and your blockbuster life. Too bad the rest of s22 could not make it. It would be great for us to get together once again.
Tutorials are piling up...but the activities just keep on coming. So many things to do, but so little time...haiz. At least we have dedicated teachers (a.k.a strict and fierce teachers that force us to hand in our tutorials or else...). GP is harder than I thought...but I must learn to like it. JC life is very busy...but I must learn to cope. Haha no more slacking. 13/07 is a fun class...but it's just not the same...
Sleep less, learn more. One life, live it. <------------ M1 advertisment
Here are some tongue twisters(try saying them super fast):
A flea and a fly flew up in a flue. Said the flea, "Let us fly!" Said the fly, "Let us flee!" So they flew through a flaw in the flue.
Fresh fried fish, Fish fresh fried, Fried fish fresh.
I'm not the pheasant plucker, I'm the pheasant plucker's mate, And I'm only plucking pheasants 'cause the pheasant plucker's late. I'm not the pheasant plucker, I'm the pheasant plucker's son, And I'm only plucking pheasants till the pheasant pluckers come.

Life's getting more and more hectic, tutorials piling up...and cca too. Sometimes life makes things difficult for us, things just don't go my way...however, we must keep on trying. This is so random...it's been so long since I last posted. =)
True friendship comes when the silence between two people is comfortable.
